Corinium Cleaners recognizes that it is illegal for prices to be based upon race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, or sexual orientation. Therefore, our pricing criteria is not based upon any of the following:

1. The gender, race, color, religion, marital status, age, national origin, or sexual orientation, of the person who presents any garment for service or owns or wears the garment
2. Whether any item appears to be a particular style which is characteristically worn by a male or female
3. Whether the garment buttons( if applicable) from the left or from the right
4. The shape, cut, or style or reasonably related to the difference in body proportions between males and females, i.e., tucks or darts used because of the larger waist-hap ratio of females to males
5. Whether or not the garment fits on or in any particular device or machine, unless it is so small or so large that it is outside the range of the normal sizes customarily sold to and worn by adult men and adult women.

1. We believe that establishing unbiased prices is good business and keeps customers coming back. Our pricing policy carefully considers, and is based upon, our costs of doing business as well as providing the level and quality of services our customers expect and demand. We regularly review and make adjustments to prices utilizing this criteria.
2. Our prices take into account that labor is our biggest expense. Therefore any garment requiring any special and specific handling requirements, including, but not limited to, hand finishing, costs more than automated machine processed or machine finished garments.
3. Our Customer service representatives are instructed to check closely for any detail which may require any specific handling requirements and to charge for the processing of that item accordingly. Some examples of garment characteristics which may require individualized processing attention are:
   1. Care label says, "Hand/gentle wash, wash separately, dry flat or cool iron"
   2. Closed front, pull over, or shirt jacket design
   3. Collars that are baias cut, puffy round, very large, or mandarin
   4. Dark or bright color fabric, unstable dyes
   5. Delicate trims
   6. Padded, drop shoulder, raglan type, narrow or puffy sleeves
   7. Elastic or Velcro in neck, cuffs, waist, or hip area
   8. Epaulets or military creases
   9. Fragile buttons, novelty fasteners, metal snaps, or zippers
   10. Pleats on front, back collar, pockets, sleeves, or ruffles, frills or gathers
   11. Heat sensitive, knit, nubby texturem high nap, open weave, or stretch fabrics
   12. Special spot removal
4. We attempt to inspect all items for proper pricing before delivery to our customer
5. Along with a copy of our pricing policy, we always keep a current price list readily available for our customers service representatives to use
6. We recognize that it is illegal for prices to be determined by formal or informal groups and do not participate in specific price discussions outside of our business.
7. We avoid gender reference descriptors in advertising
